Oh lovely ax,
     Where are you?
Your tautness sings
your desire. I long
to pluck you, your
flaring major box,
Your slender neck
I finger, sliding
bumpy tips over your
tit-frets to change.
Your warming,
reverberating hotness
pressed to mine. Hard
strum and sweet pick,
glissando body, sliding
out to some far clef.
Stretch fingertips to
horizon arena. Your
key, travis pick spells
love and wanting.
Don't stray, we're both
used, it's music.
